摘  要:本研究旨在分析性别、批次对渝州白鹅生长和饲料效率性状及剩余采食量(RFI)估计的影响。对2022—2023年单笼饲养的5个批次试验鹅1925只(公鹅938只、母鹅987只),测定个体6、8、10周龄体重并计算7~8周龄、9~10周龄、7~10周龄平均日增重(ADG)、平均日采食量(ADFI)和饲料转化比(FCR),比较不同性别、批次间性能差异。分别估计单批次单性别、单批次双性别、多批次单性别和多批次双性别以及是否将性别、批次作为固定效应的不同条件下的7~10周龄RFI,并以RFI估计模型的调整决定系数(R^(2))为指标比较不同条件下RFI估计准确性差异。结果显示:性别、批次及其交互效应几乎对所有性状有显著或极显著影响(P<0.05或P<0.01),9~10周龄ADG、ADFI和FCR的平均性别差异为7~8周龄的1.21、1.06和1.93倍,批次间呈现不同生长模式。单批次单性别RFI估计显示,5个批次的调整R^(2)均值为公鹅0.431、母鹅0.424,而单批次双性别RFI(校正性别)的调整R^(2)均值为0.625,表明考虑性别效应可提升RFI估计准确性,但不同批次提升幅度差异较大;合并使用多批次数据(校正批次)后,公、母鹅RFI的调整R^(2)分别为0.533和0.574,RFI估计准确性明显高于单批次单性别;进一步合并使用多批次双性别数据后,校正性别、校正批次及二者同时校正条件下RFI的调整R^(2)分别为0.556、0.633和0.663。综上所述,渝州白鹅FCR的性别差异在上市前显著增大;利用单批次双性别RFI选种的准确性、时效性好,但存在批次间波动,使用多批次双性别RFI选种可进一步提高准确性并避免批次差异,但费时费力。The aim of this study was to analyze the effects of sex and batch on growth,feed efficiency traits and residual feed intake(RFI)estimation of Yuzhou white geese.Five batches of 1925 experimental geese(938 males and 987 females)were single-cage housed from 2022 to 2023.Individual body weight(BW)at 6,8 and 10 weeks of age,as well as average daily gain(ADG),average daily feed intake(ADFI)and feed conversion ratio(FCR)at 7 to 8,9 to 10 and 7 to 10 weeks of age,were determined to compare the performance differences between sexes and batches.RFI at 7 to 10 weeks of age was estimated using single-batch and single-sex,single-batch and double-sex,multi-batch and single-sex and multi-batch and double-sex data,and whether or not sex and batch were used as fixed effects.Comparing the difference in RFI estimation accuracy under different conditions using the adjusted determination coefficient(R^(2))of the RFI estimation model.The results showed that sex,batch and their interaction had significant or extremely significant effects on all traits(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The mean sex differences in ADG,ADFI and FCR from 9 to 10 weeks of age were 1.21,1.06 and 1.93 times higher than those from 7 to 8 weeks of age.There were different growth patterns between batches.The estimation of single-batch single-sex RFI showed that the mean value of adjusted R^(2)of five batches was 0.431 for male geese and 0.424 for female geese,while the mean value of adjusted R^(2)of single-batch double-sex RFI(adjusted sex)was 0.625,which indicated that considering the sex effect could improve the accuracy of RFI estimation,but the magnitude of the improvement varied greatly among different batches.Combining the data of multiple batches(adjusted batch),the mean values of adjusted R^(2)of male geese and female geese were 0.533 and 0.574,respectively.The accuracy of RFI estimation was significantly higher than that of single-batch and single-sex.After further combining the use of multi-batch and dual-sex data,the adjusted R^(2)of RFI for the adjusted sex,adjuste
