摘 要:本试验旨在研究沙蒿多糖(ASKP)和不同锌源混合添加对绒山羊羔羊生长性能、屠宰性能、血清激素浓度和锌含量及羊绒品质的影响。试验选取50只体重相近[(16.20±1.24)kg]的4月龄阿拉善白绒山羊母羔羊,随机分为5组,每组10个重复,每个重复1只。对照组(C组)饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别在基础饲粮中添加480 mg/(只·d)硫酸锌(ZnSO_(4),T1组)、345 mg/(只·d)甘氨酸螯合锌(Zn-Gly,T2组)、480 mg/(只·d)ZnSO_(4)+3 g/(只·d)ASKP(T3组)、345 mg/(只·d)Zn-Gly+3 g/(只·d)ASKP(T4组)。试验共持续75 d,其中预试期15 d,正试期60 d。结果显示:与C组相比,T2、T3和T4组的终末体重和平均日采食量(ADFI)均显著提高(P<0.05),T4组的平均日增重(ADG)和羊绒强度均显著提高(P<0.05),T3、T4组的胴体重和屠宰率均显著提高(P<0.05),且T3、T4组的料重比(F/G)显著降低(P<0.05)。在正试期第30天,与C组相比,T1、T3及T4组血清中生长激素(GH)浓度均显著提高(P<0.05)。在正试期第60天,与C组相比,T3、T4组血清中胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)和GH浓度显著提高(P<0.05),各试验组血清中锌含量显著提高(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲粮中混合添加ASKP和Zn-Gly或ZnSO_(4)可不同程度改善绒山羊羔羊的生长性能,提高屠宰率以及血清中IGF-1、GH浓度和锌含量;综合考虑,以ASKP与Zn-Gly混合添加效果更佳。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of mixed addition of Artemisia sphaerocephala Krasch polysaccharide(ASKP)and different zinc sources on growth performance,slaughter performance,serum hormone concentrations and zinc content and cashmere quality of cashmere goat kids.Fifty 4-month-old Alxa white cashmere goat female kids with similar body weight[(16.20±1.24)kg]were randomly divided into 5 groups with 10 replicates per group and 1 goat per replicate.Goats in control group(group C)was fed a basal diet,while those in experimental groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 480 mg/(goat·d)zinc sulfate(ZnSO_(4),group T1),345 mg/(goat·d)zinc glycinate chelate(Zn-Gly,group T2),480 mg/(goat·d)ZnSO_(4)+3 g/(goat·d)ASKP(group T3)and 345 mg/(goat·d)Zn-Gly+3 g/(goat·d)ASKP(group T4).The experiment lasted for 75 days,including 15 days of pretrial period and 60 days of trial period.The results showed as follows:compared with the group C,the final body weight and average daily feed intake(ADFI)of the groups T2,T3 and T4 were significantly increased(P<0.05),the average daily gain(ADG)and cashmere strength of the group T4 were significantly increased(P<0.05),the carcass weight and slaughter rate of the groups T3 and T4 were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the ratio of feed to gain(F/G)of the groups T3 and T4 was significantly decreased(P<0.05).On the 30th day of the trial period,the serum growth hormone(GH)concentration of the groups T1,T3 and T4 was significantly increased compared with the group C(P<0.05).On the 60th day of the trial period,the serum insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1)and GH concentrations of the groups T3 and T4 were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the serum zinc content of the experimental groups was significantly increased compared with the group C(P<0.05).In conclusion,mixed addition of ASKP with Zn-Gly or ZnSO_(4)can improve the growth performance of cashmere goat kids to varying degrees,and increase the slaughter rate and the IGF-1,GH concentrations and zinc conte
