摘  要:本试验旨在研究妊娠中后期饲喂酵母培养物(YC)对初产母羊生产性能及血清生化、免疫和抗氧化指标的影响。选取妊娠第51天、体重为(37.72±1.91)kg的健康湖羊36只,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组6个重复,每个重复3只羊。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮中添加5%的YC至母羊妊娠第150天停止饲喂。饲喂试验分为预试期9 d,正试期90 d。结果显示:1)与对照组相比,饲喂YC可显著提高羔羊初生重(P<0.05),但对母羊产前体重、平均日增重和干物质采食量均没有显著影响(P>0.05)。2)与对照组相比,饲喂YC显著提高妊娠第150天母羊血清总蛋白含量(P<0.05),显著降低妊娠第150天母羊血清甘油三酯含量及妊娠第90天、第120天和第150天母羊血清β-羟基丁酸含量(P<0.05)。3)与对照组相比,饲喂YC显著提高妊娠第150天母羊血清免疫球蛋白A和免疫球蛋白G含量(P<0.05),显著降低妊娠第90天、第120天和第150天母羊血清白细胞介素-2和肿瘤坏死因子-α含量及妊娠第90天和第120天母羊血清白细胞介素-6含量(P<0.05)。4)与对照组相比,饲喂YC显著降低妊娠第150天母羊血清丙二醛含量(P<0.05),显著提高妊娠第90天、第120天和第150天母羊血清超氧化物歧化酶和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性及妊娠第120天和第150天母羊血清总抗氧化能力(P<0.05)。综上所述,妊娠中后期饲喂YC可提高初产母羊的免疫功能和抗氧化能力,降低血清中炎症因子含量,减少炎症发生,进而提高初产母羊的生产性能。This experiment aimed to investigate the effects of feeding yeast culture(YC)in mid-and late-pregnancy on production performance and serum biochemical,immune and antioxidant indexes of primiparous ewes.Thirty-six healthy Hu sheep with the body weight of(37.72±1.91)kg on the 51st day of gestation were randomly divided into 2 groups with 6 replicates per group and 3 sheep per replicate.Ewes in the control group were fed a basal diet,and those in the experimental group were fed the basal diet supplemented with 5%YC.Feeding was stopped on the 150th day of pregnancy.The feeding experiment was divided into a pre-feeding period of 9 days,a normal feeding period of 90 days.The experiment results showed as follows:1)compared with the control group,feeding YC significantly increased the birth weight of lambs(P<0.05),but had no significant effects on the prenatal body weight,average daily gain and dry matter intake of ewes(P>0.05).2)Compared with the control group,feeding YC significantly increased the total serum protein content of ewes on the 150th day of pregnancy(P<0.05);however,the serum triglyceride content of ewes in YC group at the 150th day of pregnancy and the serumβ-hydroxybutyric acid content of ewes at the 90th,120th and 150th days of pregnancy were significantly decreased(P<0.05).3)Compared with the control group,feeding YC significantly increased the serum immunoglobulin A and immunoglobulin G contents of ewes on the 150th day of pregnancy(P<0.05),and significantly decreased the contents of serum interleukin-2 and tumor necrosis factor-αof ewes on the 90th,120th and 150th day of pregnancy,as well as the contents of serum interleukin-6 of ewes on the 90th and 120th day of pregnancy(P<0.05).4)Compared with the control group,feeding YC significantly reduced the serum malondialdehyde content of ewes on the 150th day of pregnancy(P<0.05),and significantly enhanced the serum superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase activities of ewes on the 90th,120th and 150th day of pregnancy(P<0.05).Additionally,it als
