超声波处理薏米种子对其产量的影响

摘  要:针对薏米在生产中产量偏低的问题,以薏米主产区地方品种兴仁小白壳为材料,设置不同超声波处理种子和非超声波处理种子,通过室内发芽率检测和田间测产,以探明超声波处理种子对薏米产量的影响。结果表明,在不同超声处理时间下,薏米种子发芽率顺序为55 s、90 s、0 s(ck)、38 s、30 s,其值分别为83.00%、80.33%、78.33%、73.00%,可见,适宜超声波处理可以有效的提高种子的发芽率。超声波处理38 s的薏米种子,在5 d内基本发芽完成,且田间产量显著高于ck,同时高于其他处理,可见适宜的超声波处理可以加快薏米种子的发芽速度和提高薏米的产量。In response to the problems of low average yield in Coix in China,different ultrasonic treatment seeds and non-ultrasonic treatment seeds were set up to detect the effect of ultrasonic-treated seeds on Coix yield by indoor germination rate and field yield using landrace Xingren Xiaobaike from the main production area of Coix as the material.The results showed that the high and low order of germination rate of Coix seed treated with ultrasonic was 55 s、90 s、0 s(ck)、38 s、30 s and its value was 83.00%,80.33%,78.33%,73.00%,respectively,which could be seen that the suitable ultrasonic treatment could effectively improve the germination rate of the seed.The ultrasonic treatment for 38 s,the basic germination was completed in 5 days and the field yield was significantly higher than the non-treatment,higher than the other treatments,which showed that the suitable ultrasonic treatment can accelerate the germination speed of Job's tears seed and improve the yield of Job's tears.
