摘　　要：目的探究宫腔镜子宫内膜电切术对功能性子宫出血患者血液指标和性激素水平的影响。方法选取40例经临床诊断和治疗的功能性子宫出血患者,采用随机数表法分为研究组和对照组,每组20例。研究组采用宫腔镜子宫内膜电切术治疗,对照组采用腹腔镜子宫全切术治疗。对比两组疗效、手术前后血红蛋白及性激素水平。结果研究组的总有效率为90.00%,高于对照组的55.00%(P<0.05);手术1周、1个月后,两组血红蛋白水平均较手术前显著升高,手术1个月后血红蛋白水平较手术1周后显著升高,且手术1周、1个月后研究组血红蛋白(105.56±8.19)、(112.37±8.57)g/L显著高于对照组的(95.32±6.17)、(106.32±7.29)g/L(P<0.05);手术后,两组雌二醇(E2)水平均较手术前明显升高,卵泡生成素(FSH)水平均较手术前明显降低,且研究组E2水平(69.52±8.77)ng/L高于对照组的(61.21±7.18)ng/L,FSH水平(40.34±4.59)U/L低于对照组的(45.88±4.67)U/L(P<0.05)。结论对功能性子宫出血患者应用宫腔镜子宫内膜电切术治疗,可有效提升治疗效果,改善患者血红蛋白和性激素水平,临床应用价值较高。Objective To explore the effects of transcervical resection of endometrium on blood indexes and sex hormone levels in patients with functional uterine bleeding.Methods A total of 40 patients with functional uterine bleeding who have been clinically diagnosed and treated were selected and divided into study group and control group by random numerical table,with 20 cases in each group.The study group was treated by transcervical resection of endometrium,while the control group was treated by laparoscopic total hysterectomy.The efficacy,hemoglobin and sex hormone levels before and after operation were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 90.00%,which was higher than 55.00%of the control group(P<0.05).The hemoglobin level in both groups at 1 week and 1 month after operation was significantly higher than that before operation,and the hemoglobin level at 1 month after operation was significantly higher than that at 1 week after operation;at 1 week and 1 month after operation,the hemoglobin in the study group were(105.56±8.19)and(112.37±8.57)g/L,which were significantly higher than(95.32±6.17)and(106.32±7.29)g/L in the control group(P<0.05).After operation,the estradiol(E2)levels in both groups were significantly higher than that before operation,and the follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)level was significantly lower than that before operation;the study group had a higher E2 level of(69.52±8.77)ng/L than(61.21±7.18)ng/L in the control group,and a lower FSH level of(40.34±4.59)U/L than(45.88±4.67)U/L in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of transcervical resection of endometrium for patients with functional uterine bleeding can effectively improve treatment efficacy,improve hemoglobin and sex hormone levels,and has high clinical application value.
