充填式无张力疝修补术治疗成人疝气的效果评价

摘　　要：目的分析成人疝气应用充填式无张力疝修补术治疗的临床效果。方法60例成人疝气患者,利用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组开展Bassini法疝修补术治疗,观察组开展充填式无张力疝修补术治疗。对比两组患者的手术相关指标、住院时间、疼痛情况、并发症发生率及疗效。结果观察组手术时间(31.35±5.11)min、下床活动时间(17.35±8.12)h、住院时间(4.58±1.09)d均明显短于对照组的(65.23±5.25)min、(58.24±8.14)h、(8.25±1.12)d,视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分(2.13±0.13)分低于对照组的(4.75±0.14)分,差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(3.33%VS 30.00%),差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率高于对照组(96.67%VS 66.67%),差异显著(P<0.05)。结论充填式无张力疝修补术治疗成人疝气的效果确切。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of filling tension-free hernia repair for the treatment of adult hernia.Methods 60 adult hernia patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table,with 30 patients in each group.The control group performed Bassinsi hernia repair,and the observation group performed filling tension-free hernia repair.The surgery related index,hospitalization time,pain status,incidence of complications and curative effect of the two groups were compared.Results In the observation group,the operation time was(31.35±5.11)min,the off-bed ambulation time was(17.35±8.12)h and the hospitalization time was(4.58±1.09)d,which were significantly shorter than(65.23±5.25)min,(58.24±8.14)h and(8.25±1.12)d in the control group;the observation group had a lower visual analogue scale(VAS)score of(2.13±0.13)points than(4.75±0.14)points in the control group;the difference was significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(3.33%VS 30.00%),and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(96.67%VS 66.67%),and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of filling tension-free hernia repair in adult hernia is definite.
