调神针刺法联合长强穴位注射疗法治疗肛门直肠神经官能症的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨调神针刺法与长强穴位注射疗法联合应用在肛门直肠神经官能症中的临床效果。方法选取60例肛门直肠神经官能症患者作为观察对象,根据患者治疗方式不同分为对照组(30例,采取口服氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗)、观察组(30例,采取调神针刺法联合长强穴位注射疗法治疗)。比较两组患者临床疗效,治疗前后睡眠质量[匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)]评分,治疗前后汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分,治疗前后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分。结果与对照组(80.00%)比较,观察组的临床总有效率(96.67%)明显更高(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的PSQI评分均较治疗前降低,且观察组患者的PSQI评分(1.79±0.05)分显著低于对照组的(3.67±0.41)分(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的HAMD和HAMA评分均较治疗前有所降低,且观察组患者的HAMD评分(18.56±0.57)分和HAMA评分(19.88±0.60)分明显低于对照组的(26.30±0.92)、(25.45±0.89)分(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的VAS评分较治疗前明显降低,且观察组患者的VAS评分(1.48±0.19)分明显较对照组的(4.59±1.07)分更低(P<0.05)。结论调神针刺法与长强穴位注射疗法联合应用在肛门直肠神经官能症患者中的效果明显,其能有效缓解患者的焦虑和抑郁情绪,降低患者的疼痛感,从而改善患者的睡眠质量,具有显著的临床应用价值,值得推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Tiaoshen acupuncture combined with Changqiang acupoint injection therapy on anorectal neurosis.Methods 60 patients with anorectal neurosis were selected as observation subjects and divided into control group(30 cases,treated with oral flupentixol and melitracen tablets)and observation group(30 cases,treated with Tiaoshen acupuncture combined with Changqiang acupoint injection therapy)according to different treatment methods.Comparison of clinical efficacy,sleep quality[Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)]scores before and after treatment,Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)scores before and after treatment,visual analog scale(VAS)scores before and after treatment between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group(80.00%),the total clinical effective rate of the observation group(96.67%)was significantly higher(P<0.05).After treatment,PSQI score in both groups was lower than that before treatment,and the observation group had a significantly lower PSQI score of(1.79±0.05)points than(3.67±0.41)points in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,HAMD and HAMA scores in both groups were lower than those before treatment;the observation group had HAMD score of(18.56±0.57)points and HAMA score of(19.88±0.60)points,which were significantly lower than(26.30±0.92)and(25.45±0.89)points in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,VAS score in both groups was significantly lower than that before treatment,and the observation group had a significantly lower VAS score of(1.48±0.19)points than(4.59±1.07)points in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined application of Tiaoshen acupuncture and Changqiang acupoint injection therapy in anorectal neurosis patients has obvious effects,which can effectively relieve patients'anxiety and depression,reduce patients'pain,and thus improve patients'sleep quality.It has significant clinical application value and is worth promoting.
