模仿婴儿吸吮乳头干预配合乳房按摩对母婴分离初产妇泌乳及纯母乳喂养的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨模仿婴儿吸吮乳头干预配合乳房按摩对母婴分离初产妇泌乳及纯母乳喂养的影响。方法按照随机数字表法将106例母婴分离初产妇分为对照组(53例)和观察组(53例)。对照组予以乳房按摩干预,观察组在对照组基础上联合模仿婴儿吸吮乳头干预。比较两组泌乳始动时间、乳房肿胀硬度情况、乳房胀痛以及纯母乳喂养情况。结果观察组平均泌乳始动时间为(9.77±2.14)h,对照组为(19.82±5.23)h。观察组泌乳始动时间分布情况优于对照组,平均泌乳始动时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。产后第3、5天,观察组乳房肿胀硬度较对照组轻(P<0.05)。观察组产后72 h乳房胀痛率15.09%低于对照组的37.74%、纯母乳喂养率86.79%高于对照组的64.15%(P<0.05)。结论模仿婴儿吸吮乳头干预配合乳房按摩能减轻母婴分离初产妇的乳房肿胀硬度,促进纯母乳喂养率上升。Objective To explore the effect of imitating infant nipple sucking intervention combined with breast massage on lactation and pure breastfeeding in primiparous mothers separated from infants.Methods According to the random number table method,106 primiparous mothers separated from infants were divided into a control group(53 cases)and an observation group(53 cases).The control group received breast massage intervention,while the observation group combined with imitating infant nipple sucking based on the control group.The initiation time of lactation,breast swelling and hardness,breast swelling and pain,and pure breastfeeding were compared between the two groups.Results The average lactation initiation time of the observation group was(9.77±2.14)h and(19.82±5.23)h in the control group;the distribution of lactation initiation time of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the average lactation initiation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The breast swelling and hardness in the observation group were lighter than those in the control group on the 3rd and 5th day postpartum(P<0.05).In the observation group,the rate of breast swelling and pain was 15.09%at 72 h postpartum,which was lower than 37.74%in the control group;the rate of pure breastfeeding was 86.79%,which was higher than 64.15%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Imitation of infant nipple sucking intervention combined with breast massage can reduce breast swelling and hardness of primiparous mothers separated from infants,and promote an increase in the rate of pure breastfeeding.
