摘　　要：文章首先界定了新质档案馆的概念,并探讨了新质档案馆建设的创新引领、资源整合、技术赋能三大特征。接着,阐述了新质档案馆建设的逻辑理路,即如何通过创新引领、资源整合与技术赋能的相互作用,推动新质档案馆的建设发展。最后,文章提出了新质档案馆建设的实现策略,包括创新服务方式、提升公共服务能力,全方位入手、推动档案资源整合,技术整合应用、实现智能化管理。This paper first defines the concept of new quality archives,and discusses the three characteristics of the construction of new quality archives:innovation leading,resource integration and technology empowerment.Then,the paper expounds the logical ways of the construction of new quality archives,that is,how to promote the construction and development of new quality archives through the interaction of innovation leading,resource integration and technology empowerment.Finally,it puts forward the realization strategy of the construction of new quality archives,including innovating service ways and enhancing public service capabilities,promoting the integration of archival resources from all aspects,and realizing intelligent management through technology integration and application.
