摘　　要：新时期高校档案利用工作主要矛盾是馆藏档案资源开发不充分与师生及社会公众日益增长的利用需求之间的矛盾,在利用内容、范围、目的等方面,矛盾具有具体多样的表现,这是高校档案工作发展到一定阶段的必然产物。应对新时期高校档案利用工作主要矛盾,一方面要加强档案资源建设,丰富馆藏资源,优化档案著录,推进专项编研,深化档案宣传;另一方面要提升档案服务能力,既要增强档案人员业务素质,培养复合型档案人才,也要推进现代信息技术在档案领域的广泛应用。The main contradiction in the utilization of archives in colleges and universities in the new era is the contradiction between the insufficient development of archival resources in the collection and the growing demand for use by teachers,students and the general public.The contradiction presents specific and diverse manifestations in terms of content,scope,purpose,etc..This is the inevitable result of the development of archival work in colleges and universities in a certain period.To deal with the main contradictions in the utilization of archives in colleges and universities in the new era,on the one hand,we must strengthen the construction of archival resources,enrich collected resources,optimize archival description,promote special compilation and research,and deepen archival publicity.On the other hand,we must improve archival service capabilities by both strengthening the professional quality of archival personnel and cultivating comprehensive archival talents.At the same time,we must promote the widespread application of modern information technology in the archival field.
