摘　　要：在阐述中俄历史关系档案概念、特征与边疆治理多元价值的基础上,通过建立发掘目标、构建多元机制、开发数据产品、多元发掘价值等方式,全面发掘其边疆治理多元价值,以为推进中俄边疆治理体系与现代化建设提供档案文化助力。Based on an exploration of the concept,characteristics,and multiple values of border governance in the archives of Sino-Russian historical relations,this paper comprehensively explores the multiple values of these archives in border governance by establishing excavation objectives,building multiple mechanisms,developing data products,and excavating multiple values,thereby providing archival and cultural support for advancing the Sino-Russian border governance system and modernization construction.
