摘　　要：随着信息技术的飞速发展,档案管理正面临着从传统手工操作向现代化管理方式转型的挑战。本文旨在探讨档案管理现代化转型过程中遇到的关键问题,并从加强技术投入与更新、提升人员素质、强化信息安全保护、完善相关法律法规等方面提出相应的对策建议,以期为档案管理的现代化进程提供参考。With the rapid development of information technology,archives management is facing the challenge of transformation from traditional manual operation to modern management method.This paper aims to explore the key issues encountered in the modernization transformation of archives management,and propose corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the perspective of strengthening technological investment and update,improving personnel quality,enhancing information security protection,and improving relevant laws and regulations,in order to provide reference for the modernization process of archives management.
