摘　　要：红色档案蕴含丰富的红色精神,是传承红色基因的重要载体,用好红色档案也是推进档案深入利用的必要回应。基于文化记忆理论,以功能记忆和存储记忆的双面性、功能记忆的作用与特点为切入点,弘扬红色文化在政治教育、文化价值方面的价值。同时,以载体、环境、支架要素为记忆成分阐释红色档案驱动红色文化记忆构建与传承的理论逻辑。最后,提出以丰富红色档案资源、创新红色档案表达、多主体协同联动为记忆路径传承红色文化记忆,增强红色文化认同。Red archives contain rich red spirit,which is an important carrier for inheriting red genes.Good use of red archives is also a necessary response to promote the in-depth use of archives.Based on the theory of cultural memory,the value of promoting red culture is reflected in political education and cultural value,starting from the double-sided nature of functional memory and stored memory and the role and characteristics of functional memory.At the same time,the carrier,environment and support elements are used as memory components to explain the theoretical logic of red archives driving the construction and inheritance of red cultural memory.Finally,it is proposed to inherit red cultural memory and enhance red cultural identity through enriching red archival resources,innovating red archives expression and multi-agent collaboration.
