民国时期太原造纸工业的兴起与发展——以西北制纸厂为例

摘　　要：西北制纸厂是西北实业公司应晋华卷烟厂盘纸需求和山西资源优势开办的近代制造工业之一。它是近代山西乃至整个西北地区机器造纸业的代表性工厂,在设备方面拥有先进的抄纸机器和国内其他造纸厂未配备的整套理化实验设备;在组织架构方面实行厂长领导下的三级垂直管理制度,并对员工实行精细化管理,全面把控其生产、生活;在产销方面,出产纸张种类丰富、质量优良,广泛供应于公司各厂、各机关报社、省内及周边各省社会人民使用。抗战胜利复工后的西北制纸厂各方面发展虽难抵战前水平,但作为这一时期全省唯一的机器造纸厂,对山西社会的发展同样具有很大贡献。Northwest Paper Factory was one of the modern manufacturing industries founded by Northwest Industrial Company in response to the needs of Jinhua Cigarette Factory and Shanxi's resource advantages.It was a representative factory of mechanized paper-making industry in modern Shanxi and even the whole northwest region.In terms of equipment,it had advanced paper forming machines and a complete set of physical and chemical laboratory equipment that other domestic paper mills did not have.In terms of organizational structure,a three-level vertical management system under the leadership of the factory director was implemented,and the fine management of employees was implemented to fully control their productivity and life.In terms of production and sales,the paper produced there was rich in variety and good in quality,widely supplied to the company's factories,various government organs,newspaper offices and people within Shanxi province and from the surrounding provinces.After the victory of the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression,the development of Northwest Paper Factory in all aspects was difficult to reach the level before the war.However,as the only mechanized paper factory in the province during this period,it still made great contributions to the development of Shanxi society.
