摘　　要：抗日战争胜利后,山东解放区卫生防疫形势严峻,但广大民众的卫生防疫意识极为淡薄。鉴于此,山东解放区党和政府将卫生防疫宣传工作提上了日程。作为党报的《大众日报》也由此承担起了卫生防疫宣传的历史使命,通过防疫政策的导引、防疫卫生的科普以及卫生运动的动员,为民众健康保驾护航。其卫生防疫宣传坚持宣传动员的科学性,引导民众防疫的自觉性,同时兼顾宣传报道的通俗性,促进了防疫事业的发展。After the victory of the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression,the situation of epidemic prevention in the liberated area of Shandong was grim,but the public's awareness of epidemic prevention was extremely weak.In view of this,the Party and government of Shandong liberated area put epidemic prevention propaganda on the agenda.As a Party newspaper,Dazhong Daily undertook the historical mission of epidemic prevention propaganda,and protected public health through the guidance of epidemic prevention policies,the popularization of epidemic prevention and the mobilization of health campaigns.Its epidemic prevention propaganda insisted on the scientific nature of propaganda and mobilization,guided the epidemic prevention consciousness of the public,and took into consideration of the popularity of propaganda reports at the same time,which promoted the development of epidemic prevention.
