摘　　要：宫颈癌是女性下生殖道最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,人乳头瘤病毒(human papillomavirus,HPV)感染与宫颈癌发病密切相关。随着HPV疫苗研发问世和普及,HPV疫苗接种已证实其在预防宫颈癌前病变和宫颈癌的有效性和安全性,小年龄女性人群的高覆盖应用可产生显著的公共卫生效益,HPV疫苗接种已列为预防宫颈癌重点措施之一。目前我国HPV疫苗接种率仍然较低。为提高HPV疫苗的接种率,在国家政策指引下,我国不断促进HPV疫苗接种率的策略发展和技术普及。近年来,很多省(自治区、直辖市)和试点城市开展政府惠民工程和民生实事,实施以当地政府为主导的HPV疫苗接种计划,为本地区小年龄女性提供免费HPV疫苗接种服务。通过政府、社区、学校和医疗机构的多方合作,以实现更高的适龄女性HPV疫苗接种覆盖率。Cervical cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors of the female lower reproductive tract,and its prevention mainly relies on human papillomavirus(HPV)vaccination.With the development and widespread use of HPV vaccines,the vaccination has been proven effective and safe in preventing cervical precancerous lesions and cervical cancer.High coverage of HPV vaccines among younger females can produce significant public health benefits.HPV vaccination has been listed as one of the key measures to prevent cervical cancer.However,the HPV vaccination rate in China remains relatively low.To increase the HPV vaccination rate,China has been actively developing strategies and expanding technologies under the guidance of national policies.In recent years,many provinces and cities in China have launched government-led people’s welfare projects,implementing HPV vaccination programs that provide free HPV vaccination services for age-eligible girls in their regions.Through the cooperation of governments,communities,schools,and medical institutions,higher HPV vaccination coverage among age-eligible females can be achieved.
