摘　　要：本文系统综述了青藤碱治疗类风湿关节炎非口服给药途径的新剂型研究进展,旨在为新型制剂研发提供参考。通过整合分析国内外文献发现,近年来,青藤碱在经皮给药制剂和注射给药制剂领域取得显著成果。未来,青藤碱非口服给药制剂有望不断创新,在类风湿关节炎临床应用上发挥更大的作用。This article systematically reviews the research progress of new formulations of Sinomenine for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis by non-oral route of administration,in order to provide reference for the development of new formulations.Through integrative analysis of domestic and foreign literatures,it is found that Sinomenine has made significant progress in the field of transdermal and injectable drug preparations in recent years.In the future,non-oral formulations of Sinomenine are expected to continue to innovate and play a greater role in the clinical application of rheumatoid arthritis.
