摘　　要：开展核电设备供应商质量保证监查对于核电厂质量保证体系的有效运行发挥着重要作用。本文分析了当前核电多项目并行建设背景下核电设备供应商质量保证监查活动存在的人力资源、监查频次、监查深度和监查结果统计分析方面的不足和挑战,并介绍了多项目集约化管理下总承包方的应对措施和管理实践经验,为后续核电设备供应商质量保证监查工作提供借鉴和参考。Performing quality assurance audit for nuclear power equipment suppliers plays a crucial role in the effective operation of the quality assurance system for nuclear power plants.This article analyzes the shortcomings and challenges of quality assurance audit for nuclear power equipment suppliers including human resource,frequency,depth and statistical analysis in the context of concurrent multi-project construction.It also introduces the countermeasures and management practices of the general contractor,providing references and insights for the following quality assurance audits of nuclear power equipment suppliers.
