摘　　要：本文主要介绍了石油化工设备涂装的一般要求,从表面处理、涂料涂装和质量检验方面简述了涂装过程质量控制要点,从涂装质量体系的建立与贯彻方面说明了质量保证的根本,结合案例对涂装质量控制中发现的典型问题进行了分析并提出了相应的预防措施。实践证明,在对涂装要求的充分理解基础上有效提升涂装质量体系的建立与贯彻水平、严格依据规范要求控制好工艺过程,对做好涂装监理的质量与进度控制工作同样具有一定的指导意义。This article mainly introduced the paint coating general requirement for petrochemical equipment,briefly described quality control critical points for coating process in terms of surface treatment,paint coating and quality inspection,interpreted fundament of quality assurance in terms of establishment and implementation of coating quality system,typical issues found in coating quality control were analyzed through case analysis,and the corresponding preventive measures were proposed as well.Working practice proved that effectively improving the establishment and implementation of the coating quality system on the basis of a full understanding of the coating requirements,and controlling the process strictly according to the specifications also had certain guiding significance for the quality and progress control of the paint coating supervision.
