摘　　要：通过介绍油气混输一体化集成装置的基本用途、主要组成部分及制造过程,了解油气混输一体化集成装置制造过程,掌握质量监理要点,提高油气混输一体化集成装置产品的整体质量水平。根据国家标准GB 50235—2010《工业金属管道工程施工规范》、GB 50184—2011《工业金属管道工程施工质量验收规范》进行施工及验收,分析产生问题的原因,对其在监造过程中的质量控制点进行总结,为油气混输一体化集成装置的设备监造工作提供一定的依据。This paper introduces the basic purpose,main components and manufacturing process of the integrated device of oil and gas mixed transportation.Through the understanding of the manufacturing process of the integrated device of oil and gas mixed transportation,the key points of quality supervision are mastered to improve the overall quality level of the integrated device of oil and gas mixed transportation.According to the national standard GB 50235—2010 Code for Construction of Industrial Metallic Piping Engineering and GB 50184—2011 Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Industrial Metallic Piping,the construction and acceptance are carried out,the causes of the problems are analyzed,and the quality control points in the process of supervision are summarized,which provides a certain basis for the equipment supervision of the integrated equipment of oil and gas mixed transportation.
