摘 要:焊接作为一种关键的连接技术,广泛应用于各类设备制造与安装工程。焊缝质量直接关系设备的安全性、可靠性和使用寿命。本文从设备监理角度出发,深入剖析焊接过程中常见的焊接问题,包括气孔、裂纹以及未焊透等,详细阐述这些问题出现的原因,并提出针对性的处理整改措施、预防方法以及过程检查要点。同时,探讨如何对操作工进行有效管理,以确保焊接质量符合相关标准要求,旨在为设备监理工作提供全面且实用的焊缝质量管理策略。Welding,as a critical joining technology,is widely utilized in equipment manufacturing and installation projects.The quality of welds directly impacts the safety,reliability,and service life of equipment.From the perspective of equipment supervision,this paper conducts an in-depth analysis of common welding defects,such as porosity,cracks,lack of penetration,slag inclusion,and undercut during the welding process.It elaborates on the root causes of these issues and proposes targeted corrective measures,preventive methods,and key inspection points during production.Additionally,the paper explores effective strategies for operator management to ensure compliance of welding quality with relevant standards.The study aims to provide comprehensive and practical weld quality management strategies for equipment supervision.
