摘 要:本文针对武汉地铁4号线车辆车间连接器烧熔脱落故障,介绍车间连接器结构及工作原理,从车间连接器结构、装配、环境、料件以及外力5个方面进行分析,深入探究车间连接器脱落原因。最终确认车间连接器插孔内部冠簧结构不合理引起局部过热造成插针插孔烧熔是此次故障的主要原因,另外车间连接器密封圈老化和空气湿度较高会一定程度上加快电蚀速度,也是本次故障的诱因。根据故障分析结果,提出改进措施及相应优化建议。This paper addresses the connector burning and detachment failure in the vehicle workshop of Wuhan Metro Line 4.The structure and working principles of the workshop connector are introduced,followed by a comprehensive causal analysis from five aspects:workshop connector design,assembly process,environmental factors,material quality,and external forces.The investigation confirms that the primary cause lies in the irrational crown spring structure within the connector socket,which induced localized overheating and subsequent thermal melting between pins and sockets.Additionally,accelerated electrochemical corrosion caused by aged sealing rings and elevated ambient humidity was identified as contributing factors exacerbating the failure.Based on these findings,targeted improvement measures and optimization recommendations are proposed to enhance workshop connector reliability.
