摘　　要：为深入落实“双碳”目标,绿色采购应运而生,实现经济与环境的协调发展。本文以105 kV风电项目发电设备招标活动为例,着眼于招标采购过程、绿色供应商的评价与选择等方面,展现政府绿色采购理念在招标活动中的融入与实践,并对绿色理念进一步融入招投标工作提出相关建议,引导更多行业及其相关供应商在其供给端不断地开拓创新,进行低碳、减碳的绿色优化,为社会绿色低碳做出努力。In order to further implement the“double carbon”goal,green procurement came into being to realize the coordinated development of economy and environment.This paper takes the bidding activity of power generation equipment of 100000 kV wind power project as an example,focusing on the bidding and procurement process,the evaluation and selection of green suppliers and other aspects,to show the integration and practice of the government’s green procurement concept in the bidding activity.This paper puts forward relevant suggestions on the further integration of green concepts into the bidding work,guides more industries and their related suppliers to continue to innovate on the supply side,carries out low-carbon and carbon reduction green optimization,and makes efforts for the green and low-carbon society.
