摘 要:位移传感器串行通信在传输过程中易受到干扰从而影响传输质量。为有效提升串行通信传输质量,提出位移传感器串行通信数据抗干扰传输控制方法。首先,根据曼彻斯特编码以编码数据跳变作为采样信号。然后,基于采样信号利用信号扩频解调及稀疏贝叶斯学习消除干扰。最后,建立通信传输目标函数,使用Docker容器对最佳通信串口通道数据点展开获取,根据获取结果建立最佳集成节点对通道位置展开调整,控制通信的数据传输速率,完成串行通信数据抗干扰传输控制。实验结果表明,该方法能有效抑制干扰,实时性较好,且通信误码率以及通信能耗均较低。本研究为高可靠性串行通信研究提供了参考依据。The serial communication in displacement sensors is susceptible to interference during transmission,impacting transmission quality.An anti-interference transmission control method was proposed to improve the transmission quality of such communication.The approach utilized Manchester coding,where the jump of the coded data served as the sampling signal.Subsequent signal processing included spread spectrum demodulation and sparse Bayesian learning to mitigate interference.An objective function for communication transmission was established,utilizing Docker containers to identify optimal serial port channel data points.Based on the obtained data,an integrated node was formed to adjust channel positioning,regulate data transmission rates,and finish the anti-interference transmission control.Experimental results showed that this method could effectively suppress interference while ensuring robust real-time performance,low communication error rates,and minimal energy consumption,providing a reference for research on high-reliability serial communication.
