轧制变形量对700 MPa级钛微合金化高强钢组织和性能的影响

摘  要:为了明确轧制变形量对钛微合金化高强钢组织与性能的影响,本研究以700 MPa级高强钢为例,通过调整轧制变形量,利用扫描电镜(scanning electron microscope,SEM)、电子背散射衍射(electron backscatter diffraction,EBSD)、透射电镜(transmission electron microscope,TEM)以及拉伸和冲击试验对实验钢的显微组织和力学性能进行表征。结果表明,粗轧板组织由先共析铁素体、粒状贝氏体、板条状贝氏体和少量针状铁素体组成。粗轧变形量由85.0%增加至86.3%,其显微组织的构成并未发生改变,但细化了组织。即便经过精轧和回火处理后,较大的粗轧变形量的实验钢仍然具有更加精细的显微组织。此外,增大粗轧变形量使得实验钢的抗拉强度由904.8 MPa增加到912.8 MPa,冲击功由52.1 J提高到63.6 J。综上所述,增大粗轧变形量可以细化700 MPa级钛微合金化高强钢的显微组织,增加位错数量并促进析出物的析出,从而提高其综合力学性能。In order to elucidate the impact of rolling deformation on the microstructure and properties of titanium microalloyed high-strength steel,this study employed 700 MPa-grade high-strength steel as an illustrative example.Utilizing techniques such as scanning electron microscopy,electron backscatter diffraction,transmission electron microscopy,tensile tests,and impact tests,the research revealed that the microstructure of the rough-rolled plates comprises pro-eutectoid ferrite,granular bainite,lamellar bainite,and minor acicular ferrite.While the microstructural composition remained constant with increasing rough rolling deformation from 85%to 86.3%,refinement was observed.Notably,the experimental steel exhibited a finer microstructure after finishing rolling and tempering.Correspondingly,tensile strength improved from 904.8 MPa to 912.8 MPa,and impact work increased from 52.1 J to 63.6 J with elevated rough rolling deformation.These findings indicated that enhanced rough rolling deformation refines the microstructure of Ti microalloyed high-strength steel,elevating dislocation density and promoting precipitation,significantly improving its comprehensive mechanical properties.
