摘 要:【目的】研究不同发育阶段油茶果皮形态、木质素等粗纤维成分及内源激素含量的动态变化规律,探讨油茶果皮发育及粗纤维成分积累与内源激素的关系,为培育薄皮、大果、高出油率油茶良种提供理论基础。【方法】以‘长林3号’和‘长林40号’油茶为试材,通过测定不同时期果皮形态指标、果皮粗纤维成分(木质素、纤维素、半纤维素)及5种内源激素含量,探讨2个油茶品种果皮内含物的动态变化规律及其相关性。【结果】‘长林3号’和‘长林40号’油茶果皮鲜质量的生长速率呈慢—快—慢的变化趋势。果皮在4月10日左右完成快速增厚,到6月13日基本不增加,果皮鲜质量在6月上旬才开始快速增加。‘长林3号’和‘长林40号’果皮中半纤维素、木质素、纤维素先后启动快速合成积累过程,启动时间分别为5月20日左右、5月底到6月初、6月13日左右。在快速合成积累的启动时间、达到峰值和结束时间上,2个油茶品种存在差异。相关性分析表明,2个油茶品种的果皮鲜质量、果皮厚度与木质素、纤维素含量均存在较强的正相关关系,与ZT、ABA含量均存在较强的负相关关系。2个油茶品种果皮中ABA、ZT含量均与木质素及纤维素含量呈显著负相关关系。‘长林3号’果皮鲜质量、半纤维素含量与果皮ACC含量呈显著正相关关系,而‘长林40号’果皮厚度与ACC含量呈显著负相关关系。【结论】果皮厚度、果皮鲜质量与木质素等粗纤维含量及ABA、ZT、ACC激素含量相关,木质素的合成积累决定了油茶果皮的厚度,‘长林40号’较‘长林3号’果皮厚度更厚,木质素含量更高,木质素快速合成积累持续时间更长。在果皮增厚基本完成后,果皮鲜质量进入快速增加阶段,油茶果皮鲜质量随着粗纤维的合成积累而增加。‘长林40号’较‘长林3号’果皮鲜质量更大,纤维素、半纤维素、木�【Objective】In order to provide a theoretical basis for guiding the cultivation of Camellia oleifera with thin-skinned,large-fruited,and high oil yielding varieties,the dynamic changes of pericarp morphology,lignin and other crude fibre components and endogenous hormone content at different developmental stages C.oleifera were studied,and the relationship between pericarp development,crude fibre component accumulation and endogenous hormones was discussed.【Method】In this study,two varieties of C.oleifera‘Changlin 3’and‘Changlin 40’were used as the research objects,and the morphological indexes of pericarp,pericarp crude fibre content(lignin,cellulose,hemicellulose)and five endogenous hormone content were determined at different times,in order to explore the dynamic changes and its correlation of pericarp content in the two varieties of C.oleifera.【Result】The growth rate of pericarp fresh mass of two varieties of C.oleifera showed a slow-fast-slow trend,and thus divided into three stages of C.oleifera pericarp growth and development,according to the changes in the growth rate of fresh mass of the pericarp,the two cut-off points of the pericarp growth and development process were in early June and early September.According to the pericarp thickness growth rate changes,2 varieties of C.oleifera pericarp growth and development process to April 10th as the boundary were divided into the early and late.The pericarp completed rapid thickening around 10th April,to 13th June pericarp thickness basically did not grow,pericarp fresh mass in early June only began to grow rapidly.The rapid synthesis and accumulation process of hemicellulose,lignin and cellulose in the pericarp of‘Changlin 3’and‘Changlin 40’were initiated successively,and the initiation time was around 20th May,the end of May to the beginning of June,and around 13th June,respectively.The 2 varieties of C.oleifera differed in the time of initiation,peaking and ending of rapid synthetic accumulation.Correlation analysis showed that the
