摘 要:为推动静电纺丝技术在生物医用领域的发展,综述了静电纺丝的原理、分类及其在生物医用领域的应用,并对其未来发展做出了展望。阐述了无针静电纺丝、同轴静电纺丝、共轭静电纺丝、熔融静电纺丝和乳液静电纺丝的原理、优势及不足。重点介绍了静电纺纳米纤维在生物医用领域,特别是在手术缝合线、伤口敷料、药物载体、组织工程支架以及生物传感器的优势及国内外最新研究进展。针对静电纺丝技术目前存在的不足之处提出了一些建议,对静电纺纳米纤维在生物医用领域的未来发展趋势做出了展望。认为:静电纺纳米纤维作为生物医用材料的潜力巨大,将推动医用材料及相关领域进一步发展。In order to promote the development of electrospinning technique in biomedical field,the principle,classification and applications in biomedical of electrospinning were reviewed.And its future development was outlooked.The principle,advantages and disadvantages of needleless electrospinning,coaxial electrospinning,conjugate electrospinning,melt electrospinning and emulsion electrospinning were explained.The advantages and latest research progress of electrospun nanofibers in the field of biomedical,especially in surgical suture,wound dressing,drug carrier,tissue engineering scaffold and biosensor were highlighted.Several recommendations were provided to address the current limitations of electrospinning technique,and the future developmental direction of electrospun nanofibers in the biomedical field was also anticipated.It is considered that the electrospun nanofibers have great potential as biomedical material,which will promote the further evolution of medical material and related field.
