摘 要:为充分发挥静电纺多功能纳米纤维在新型复合敷料领域的应用潜力,从静电纺丝工艺原理与分类、静电纺纳米纤维基多层结构的开发工艺及多层复合敷料的应用等角度出发,介绍了国内外静电纺纳米纤维基多层复合敷料的最新研究进展。认为:静电纺纳米纤维基多层复合敷料可以有效克服传统单层敷料的缺点,满足现代敷料对于多功能集成的迫切要求。指出目前静电纺纳米纤维基多层复合敷料在研发以及产业化中存在的主要问题,如生产过程复杂、效率低下、力学性能差等,未来应加强对材料与工艺的合理选择和设计,满足现代敷料多功能化集成的复杂设计需求,推动静电纺纳米纤维基多层复合敷料的创新研发和产业化应用进程。In order to give full play to the application potential of electrospun multifunctional nanofiber in the field of new composite dressing,the latest research progress of electrospun nanofiber-based multilayer composite dressing at home and abroad were introduced from the process principle and classification of electrospinning technology,the design and development of multilayer composite dressing as well as their specific application.It is believed that electrospun nanofiber-based multilayer composite dressing can effectively overcome the shortcomings of traditional single-layer dressings and meet the urgent requirements of modern dressings for multifunctional integration.The main problems are pointed out in the current research and development as well as the industrialization of the production process like complicated production process,low efficiency,poor mechanical property and so on.The reasonable choice of materials and processes and design should be strengthened in the future to meet the complex design requirements of the modern dressings with multifunctional integration.The innovative research and development and industrialization application process of electrospun nanofiber-based multilayer composite dressings should be promoted.
