摘 要:为制备新型纳米纤维敷料,以生物材料聚琥珀酰亚胺(PSI)为静电纺丝原料,负载姜黄素(Cur),采用溶液共混静电纺丝方法制备了PSI/Cur纳米纤维膜。探究不同Cur负载量对纳米纤维膜的表观形貌、红外结构、力学性能、pH变色性、抗菌性能、细胞毒性、药物缓释性的影响。结果表明:不同Cur负载量对纳米纤维膜纤维表观形貌和结构影响较小;随着Cur负载量增加,PSI/Cur纳米纤维膜的强度下降,抑菌率提高,当Cur负载量为7%时,抑菌率可达100%;生物相容性则呈现先上升再下降的趋势,当Cur负载量为3%时,PSI/Cur纳米纤维膜的综合性能最优,抑菌率为98.9%,浸提液中细胞存活率可达(107.1±8.1)%,具有明显的pH变色能力,可用于伤口pH值的监测。认为:PSI/Cur纳米纤维膜在伤口敷料领域具有一定的应用前景。In order to prepare new nanofiber dressing,biomaterials polysuccinimide(PSI)was used as the electrospinning material,and curcumin(Cur)was loaded via solution blending electrospinning method to fabricate PSI/Cur nanofiber membranes.The effects of different Cur loading on the surface morphology,infrared structure,mechanical property,pH color changing,antibacterial property,cytotoxicity and drug controlled release of the nanofiber membranes were investigated.The results showed that varying Cur loading had little impact on the fiber morphology and structure.As the Cur loading increased,the tenacity of PSI/Cur nanofiber membranes was decreased,while the antibacterial rate was improved.When the Cur loading was reached 7%,the antibacterial rate was 100%.The biocompatibility initially increased and then declined,the comprehensive performance of the PSI/Cur nanofiber membrane was optimal when Cur loading was 3%.At this loading,antibacterial rate of the membrane was 98.9%,cell survival rate of extract solution was(107.1±8.1)%,which had distinct pH color changing capability.It can be used for wound pH monitoring.It is concluded that the PSI/Cur nanofiber membrane holds promising potential for applications in wound dressing materials.
