摘 要:为了充分发挥水凝胶纤维在生物医学领域的应用潜力,介绍了水凝胶纤维的制备技术,包括静电纺丝法、微流控纺丝法、湿法纺丝、动态交联纺丝技术、3D打印法、模板法、拉伸纺丝法等,分析总结了各种制备方法的优缺点。重点阐述了水凝胶纤维在伤口敷料、药物输送、手术缝合线、组织工程等生物医学领域的应用进展。指出:用于生物医学的水凝胶纤维目前仍存在一些问题,如生产原料选择范围有限,连续化、规模化生产困难,复杂结构的水凝胶纤维构造困难,纤维的机械性能有待提高,与人体长期接触的安全性、可靠性问题未得到临床验证等。未来水凝胶纤维的发展趋势将集中在制备技术的创新、性能的改善提高等方面,进一步扩展水凝胶纤维在生物医学领域的应用。In order to take full advantages of hydrogel fibers applied in the biomedical field,the preparation technology of hydrogel fiber were introduced,including electrospinning,microfluidic spinning,wet spinning,dynamic cross-linking spinning,3D printing method,template method,stretch spinning method,etc.Furthermore,the advantages and disadvantages of these various manufacture methods were analyzed and summarized.The application progress of hydrogel fiber in biomedical fields was emphasized,such as wound dressing,drug delivery,surgical suture and tissue engineering.It was pointed out that hydrogel fibers used in biomedicine still had some problems,such as limited selection of raw materials,difficulties in continuous and large-scale production,difficulties in constructing hydrogel fiber with complex structure,the need to improve the mechanical property of fiber,and the safety and reliability issues of long-term contact with the human body had not been clinically verified.The future development trend of hydrogel fiber will focus on the innovation of preparation technology and the improvement of performance,further expanding the application of hydrogel fibers in the biomedical field.
