摘  要:探讨心电监测用纺织柔性电极的研究进展。分别介绍了以碳纳米材料、金属纳米线、导电聚合物作为导电材料的纺织柔性电极以及不同结构纺织柔性电极的研究进展与性能特点。指出:不同导电材料的成本和电极重复使用性存在差异,需综合考虑使用性价比较高的电极;分层结构电极需提高层间黏合度;织物⁃水凝胶复合电极需考虑电极透气性以及凝胶失水、溶胀等带来的影响;一体式织物结构电极皮肤黏附性较差,影响其长期使用性。认为:解决纺织柔性电极普遍存在的接触阻抗大、运动干扰性大问题是未来该领域需要继续突破的方向。Research progress of electrocardiographic monitoring textile flexible electrode was summarized.Research progress and performance characteristics of textile flexible ECG electrodes with carbon nano-material,metal nanowire and conductive polymer material and textile flexible ECG electrodes with different structures were introduced separately.It was pointed out that the cost and electrode reusability of different conductive material were different,and the electrode with higher cost performance should be considered comprehensively.The bond between layers of layered electrode should be improved.The effect of the fabric-hydrogel composite electrode on the permeability of the electrode,the gel water loss and swelling should be considered.The skin adhesion of the integrated fabric electrode was worse,which affected its long-term use.It is considered that solving the common problems of large contact impedance and motion interference of textile flexible electrodes is the direction of further breakthrough in this field.
