摘 要:为获得优异压电性能的压电智能织物,采用共轭静电纺丝方法,以铜纤维为导电芯,将左旋聚乳酸(PLLA)和右旋聚乳酸(PDLA)共混,并掺入不同质量分数的碳黑粉末制备出具有压电性能的纱线,再织成高性能压电织物。通过扫描电子显微镜、X射线光电子能谱、万能强力机和压电测试装置等表征手段,对所制备纱线和织物的微观结构与性能进行分析。结果表明:碳黑的加入可显著提高织物的压电性能,当掺杂碳黑的质量分数为0.5%、静电纺丝电压为6.5 kV、两个针头间距为18 cm、纺丝距离为12 cm时,所纺纱线制得的织物压电性能最好,最大输出电压达16.6 V,电流为225.55 nA,输出性能稳定。认为:该压电织物可监测人体运动信号,在可穿戴设备、健康监测等领域具有较大的应用潜力。In order to obtain piezoelectric smart fabric with excellent piezoelectric property,conjugated electrostatic spinning method was adopted,copper fiber was used as the conductive core,left-handed polylactic acid(PLLA)and right-handed polylactic acid(PDLA)were blended,and adding carbon black powder with different mass fractions to prepare the yarn then woven high-performance piezoelectric fabric.The prepared yarn and fabric were characterized by scanning electron microscopy,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,universal strength testing machine and piezoelectric testing device.The results indicated that the addition of carbon black could significantly improve the piezoelectric property of the fabric.When the carbon black doping ratio was 0.5%,the electrospinning voltage was 6.5 kV,the distance between the two needles was 18 cm,and spinning distance was 12 cm,the prepared fabric exhibited the best piezoelectric performance,the maximum output voltage of the fabric was 16.6 V,the current was 225.55 nA,and output performance was stable.It is considered that the piezoelectric fabric can monitor human motion signals and has great application potential in wearable devices,health monitoring and other fields.
