摘 要:综述棉织物长效抗菌改性的最新研究进展。介绍了棉织物的长效抗菌整理技术,并详细阐述了银系和铜系金属类、光催化型无机金属氧化类、季铵盐类、胍类、卤胺类、天然动植物源类以及复合类等常用棉织物改性抗菌剂的抗菌机理。总结不同抗菌剂对棉织物长效抗菌改性的最新工艺及研究进展。认为:开发新型绿色环保、无毒副作用、对细菌不产生耐药性、抑菌效果持久且高效的抗菌剂,并研发与之配套的整理技术仍是亟待解决的关键问题。The latest research progress of long-acting antibacterial modification of cotton fabric was reviewed.Long-acting antibacterial finishing technology of cotton fabric was introduced.The antibacterial mechanism of silver and copper series metals,photocatalytic inorganic metal oxidation,quaternary ammonium salt,guanidine,halogenated amine,natural animal and plant source,and composite classes of cotton fabric were described in detail.The latest technology and research progress of different antibacterial agents on the long-acting antibacterial modification of cotton fabric were summarized.It is considered that the development of new green and environmental protection,nontoxic side effect,no resistance to bacteria,long-lasting antibacterial effect and high efficiency antibacterial agent,and research&development of matching finishing technology are still key problems to be solved.
