摘 要:在企业知识产权产出中,数据技术应用与知识流动均发挥着关键作用。基于中国沪深A股2010—2023年的数据,剖析了数据技术应用、知识流动对企业知识产权产出水平的影响。研究结果显示,数据技术应用与企业知识产权产出显著正相关,且知识流动起到了中介作用。数据技术借助提升企业知识吸收能力与知识扩散能力,助推企业知识产权产出能力增长。此外,异质性检验结果显示,在企业规模、产权性质、行业分组检验下的回归结果均存在显著差异。非国有企业、大型企业、技术密集型企业的数据技术应用对企业知识产权产出水平的正向效用,显著高于同标准分组下的其他样本组。最后,提出持续推动数据技术应用、加强数据基础设施建设、完善知识流动支撑机制、采取差异化的数字化转型策略等建议,助力我国企业知识产权产出水平稳步攀升。Both the application of data technology and the flow of knowledge play an important role in enterprise intellectual property(IP)output.Based on the data of Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share listed companies in China from 2010 to 2023,this paper analyzes the impact of data technology application and knowledge flow on the enterprise IP output.The results show that the application of data technology has a significant positive impact on the level of enterprise IP output,and knowledge flow plays a mediating role.Data technology promotes the growth of enterprise IP output power by improving their knowledge absorption and diffusion capabilities.In addition,heterogeneity test results show that there are significant differences in regression results under firm size,ownership type,and industry.The positive effect of data technology application in non-state-owned enterprises,large-scale enterprises and technology-intensive enterprises on the enterprise IP output level is significantly higher than that in other sample groups under the same standard subgroup.Finally,this study puts forward suggestions such as continuously promoting the application of data technology,strengthening the construction of data infrastructure,improving the supporting mechanism of knowledge flow,and adopting differentiated digital transformation strategies to help Chinese enterprises steadily improve their intellectual property innovation level.
