摘 要:文章基于中国东中西部2011—2022年区间省级面板数据,运用熵值法,从数字基础设施、数字产业化、产业数字化和数字化环境4个维度构建数字经济指标体系,测算中国各省份的数字经济发展水平;在考虑非期望产出基础上,利用超效率SBM-DEA模型对中国各省份的绿色创新效率进行测算;并运用面板Tobit模型实证分析数字经济对绿色创新效率的影响。实证结果显示:数字经济发展显著促进了绿色创新效率的提升;基于数字经济细分维度来看,数字基础设施、数字产业化和数字化环境发展显著促进了绿色创新效率的提升,而产业数字化对绿色创新效率的影响不显著。This article is based on provincial panel data from the eastern,central,and western regions of China from 2011 to 2022.Using the entropy method,it constructs a digital economy indicator system from four dimensions(digital economic infrastructure,digital industrialization,industrial digitization,and digital environment)to measure the level of digital economy development in various provinces of China.On the basis of considering unexpected output,the super efficiency SBM-DEA model is used to measure the green innovation efficiency of various provinces in China.The panel Tobit model is used to empirically analyze the impact of the digital economy on green innovation efficiency.Key findings reveal that the development of the digital economy significantly promotes the improvement of green innovation efficiency;Based on the subdivision dimension of the digital economy,the development of digital economic infrastructure,digital industrialization,and digital environment significantly promotes the improvement of green innovation efficiency,while the impact of industrial digitization on green innovation efficiency is not significant.
