染料、颜料含盐废水处理与资源化利用工艺技术研究

摘  要:针对染料、颜料有机高盐废水处理难度大、成本高的问题,开发了一套利用树脂吸附、脱附回收染料中间体的技术方法,通过优化工艺,降低了废水处理运行成本。研究表明,树脂对染料废水中典型的中间体间氨基苯磺酸的吸附率可达91%,解析后回收率可达88%,可有效实现废水中染料中间体的资源化利用;采用针对染料废水开发的聚磷硫酸铁(PPFS)絮凝剂进行预处理,再经DTRO膜分离分盐,可使部分大分子染料、颜料及中间体络合成絮状物,有效去除染料色度、降低COD;项目研究还针对颜料含盐废水预处理,开发了一套纳滤膜组件,不仅降低了一次性膜组件投资费用,还使废水处理运行成本比传统膜技术工艺方法降低了78%。Aiming at the problems of technical difficulty and high cost of the organic high-salt wastewater of dyes and pigments,a set of technical methods to recover dye intermediates from wastewater by resin adsorption and desorption was developed and the operating cost of wastewater treatment was reduced by optimizing the process.The results showed that the adsorption rate of the resin to M-aminobenzene sulfonic acid,the typical intermediates of the dye wastewater,was 91%,and the recovery rate of M-aminobenzene sulfonic acid after desorption was 88%,which could effectively realize the resource utilization.After being pretreated with PPFS,the wastewater was desorbed from DTRO membrane.In this way,the macro-molecular dyes,pigments and intermediates could complex into floccule.It was beneficial to effectively remove chroma and reduce COD.Moreover,a set of nanofiltration membrane components for the pretreatment of pigment saline wastewater was developed,which not only reduced investment cost of the one-time membrane component,but also reduced the operating cost of wastewater treatment by 78%compared with the traditional method.
