苯酐尿素法合成颜料黄139的工艺研究

摘  要:首先以尿素和苯酐为原料,经过氢氧化钠中和,合成1,3-二亚胺基异吲哚啉。然后将其与巴比妥酸反应,得到颜料黄139粗品。再经颜料化,最后得到颜料黄139产品。采用红外光谱和高效液相色谱对1,3-二亚胺基异吲哚啉进行表征和浓度测定,对颜料黄139进行应用性能检测。With urea and phthalic anhydride as raw materials,1,3-diiminoisoindoline was prepared by neutralization with sodium hydroxide.After reacting with barbituric acid,crude pigment yellow 139 was obtained.And the pigment yellow 139 was prepared by pigmentation.The 1,3-diiminoisoindoline was characterized and its concentration was determined respectively by using infrared spectroscopy and high performance liquid chromatography.The application performance of the pigment yellow 139 was tested.
