摘  要:芳香族伯胺重氮盐能在水中与碳黑和有机颜料的表面发生接枝反应,引入重氮盐的剩基。利用该反应对炭黑和有机颜料进行表面改性。如果所用的重氮盐中含有磺酸基,可改善炭黑和有机颜料的亲水性,使其易分散于水性介质中,且形成的胶体也具有较高的稳定性。聚醚胺类化合物可在水中与改性颜料中的磺酸基反应,生成相应的磺酸铵盐,这可改善有机颜料的亲油性,从而显著降低其在有机介质中的黏度。The diazonium salts of aromatic primary amines can undergo grafting reactions on the surface of carbon black and organic pigments in water by introducing the residue group of diazonium salts.Based on the reaction,the surface modifications of carbon black and organic pigments can be done.If the diazonium salts used contain one or more sulfonic acid groups,the hydrophilicity of modified carbon black and modified organic pigments will be increased and then make them easily disperse in aqueous media.The colloids formed also have high stability.Polyetheramines can further react with sulfonic acid groups in modified pigments in water and corresponding ammonium sulfonates are generated,which can increase the lipophilicity of the modified organic pigments formed and significantly decrease viscosity in organic media.
