摘　　要：介绍了一种新型抗菌防霉剂SMP-1T的研发与应用。该产品以蒙脱石为基础,通过离子交换将无毒杀菌材料插入其层间,形成高效的纳米层状硅酸类杀菌防霉剂。试验结果显示,当SMP-1T在乳胶漆中添加量为0.3%时,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌率超过99.9%,达到Ⅰ级抗菌标准,并且在防霉测试中达到了0级防霉标准。此外,SMP-1T对小鼠的急性经口毒性LD_(50)≥5000 mg/kg,被判定为实际无毒。因此,SMP-1T不仅安全环保,还具备良好的抗菌防霉性能,可广泛应用于多种涂料中,为涂料行业提供新的解决方案。This article introduced the research and application of a new type of antibacterial and agent SMP-1T.Based on montmorillonite antifungal with non-toxic bactericidal materials being intercalated by ion exchange,an efficient nano-layered silicate bactericide with fungicidal properties was formed.Experimental results showed that when the latex paint is added with 0.3%SMP-1T,the antibacterial rate against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus exceeds 99.9%,which is up to the ClassⅠantibacterial standard.It reaches level 0 during the mildew test.Furthermore,the acute oral toxicity LD_(50)of SMP-1T in mice is greater than 5000 mg/kg.The product proves to be non-toxic according to relevant standards.Therefore,SMP-1T is not only environmentally-friendly and safe,but also has good antibacterial and anti-mildew properties.It can be widely used in various coatings and provide a new solution for the coatings industry.
