摘  要:色彩疗法是一种基于色彩影响人体能量场和心理状态的治疗方案,历经古印度健康理论至现代科学验证的发展,形成了一套体系化的治疗方案。在小学心理健康教育中,色彩疗法通过色彩认知与情绪教育、色彩环境优化、色彩呼吸练习、色彩艺术创作及色彩情绪日记等实践,有效促进了学生的心理健康。这些实践不仅帮助学生更好地理解情绪、释放压力,还提升了他们的艺术才能、批判性思维和审美能力,为学生的综合素养和心理健康水平打下了坚实基础。Color therapy is a treatment based on the influence of color on human energy field and mental state.It has been developed from ancient Indian health theory to modern science.In primary school mental health education,color therapy can effectively promote students'mental health by color cognition and emotion education,color environment optimization,color breathing practice,color art creation and color emotion diary.These practices not only help students better understand emotions and release pressure,but also promote their artistic ability,critical thinking and aesthetic ability,laying a solid foundation for students'comprehensive quality and mental health.
