摘 要:合金钢作为广泛应用于工业领域的结构材料,其疲劳性能一直是关注的焦点。为提高合金钢疲劳性能,表面强化技术得到深入研究和应用,不同形式的表面强化技术为材料性能提供了多样化的改进途径,以热处理为主的相变强化是通过调控材料组织结构和相变行为来提高疲劳寿命和抗裂纹扩展能力;而以喷丸强化为主的塑变强化,则通过引入塑性变形并改善材料表面质量来增强疲劳性能。通过对热处理和喷丸强化机理进行系统地综述,并以提高材料疲劳性能为切入点,论述了不同形式的单一及复合强化技术对合金钢疲劳性能的影响。最后,对表面强化技术在合金钢强化领域亟待解决的问题及未来发展方向进行展望,为提高材料疲劳性能提供参考。Alloy steel,As a structural material widely used in industry,its fatigue properties have always been the focus of attention.To improve the fatigue properties of alloy steel,surface strengthening techniques have been studied and applied deeply.Different forms of surface strengthening technologies provide a variety of ways to improve the properties of material.The phase transformation strengthening mainly based on heat treatment can improve fatigue life and crack propagation resistance by adjusting the microstructure and phase transformation behavior of the material.In contrast,the plastic deformation strengthening mainly by shot peening strengthening was used to enhance the fatigue properties by introducing plastic deformation and improving the surface quality of the material.By systematically reviewing the mechanisms of heat treatment and shot peening strengthening,and taking improving the fatigue properties of materials as the starting point,the effects of different forms of single and compound strengthening techniques on the fatigue properties of alloy steels were discussed.Finally,the problems to be solved and the future development direction of surface strengthening technologies in the field of alloy steel strengthening were prospected to provide references for improving the fatigue properties of materials.
