摘 要:以0.3 mm厚的SUS304板为研究对象,结合数值模拟和物理实验对SLM钢质镶件增强冲压软模的回弹特性进行了研究。结果表明,由于钢质镶件结构具有矫正弯曲的局部强压效应,相对于传统整体式锌基软模能够显著降低304板弯曲成形的回弹量,在模具下死点位置的最大载荷为1 kN时,回弹率由1.67%减小至0.84%。但回弹减小程度随最大载荷的增大而减小。当最大载荷达到5 kN,回弹率由正变负,即出现负回弹现象;在最大载荷增大至80 kN时,回弹率由-2.83%变为-3.36%。Taking SUS304 plates with 0.3 mm thickness as research object,the springback characteristics of SLM steel inlays reinforcing zinc-based stamping soft die were studied by numerical simulation and physical experiments.The results show that compared with the traditional integral zinc-based soft die,the bending springback of SUS304 plates can be significantly reduced due to the partial compaction effect for correcting bending of steel inlays structure.When the maximum load at the lower dead position of die is 1 kN,the springback rate decreases from 1.67%to 0.84%.However,the springback reduction degree decreases with the increase of the maximum load.When the maximum pressing load reaches 5 kN,the springback rate changes from positive to negative,indicating that negative springback phenomenon occurs.When the maximum load increases to 80 kN,the springback rate changes from-2.83%to-3.36%.
