摘 要:针对某1580粗轧机轧制过程产生的镰刀弯现象,建立包含辊系、机架、板带的完整多柔体热力耦合有限元模型。通过量化镰刀弯弯曲量来系统地分析在3种非对称条件下板带镰刀弯生成规律。研究发现,镰刀弯弯曲量随非对称程度的增加而变大,其中板带两侧温差影响最大,其次是板带中心线偏移,板带楔形对镰刀弯的影响最小。通过MATLAB模糊预测功能,对存在温差及不对中的板带将产生的镰刀弯进行预测,并通过8组数据进行验证,误差最大在3 mm左右,确定了模糊推理系统的可靠性。最后通过预测值来调整轧机两侧辊缝差来实现镰刀弯的抑制。经过调整后,镰刀弯值最大只有6 mm左右,有效减小了粗轧过程镰刀弯的产生。In response to the camber phenomenon during the rolling process of a 1580 roughing mill,a complete multi flexible body thermal coupling finite element model including roller system,frame and strip was established.The generation law of camber of strip under three asymmetric conditions by quantifying the camber bending amount.The research finds that the camber bending amount increases with the increase of asymmetric degree,the temperature difference on both sides of the strip has the greatest impact,followed by center line offset of the strip,and the wedge shape of the strip has the least impact on camber.Through the fuzzy prediction function of MATLAB,the camber caused by temperature difference and center line offset of the strip was predicted,and verified through eight sets of data,with the maximum error about 3 mm,the reliability of the fuzzy inference system was determined.Finally,the roll gap difference on both sides of the rolling mill was adjusted by predicted values to suppress camber.After adjustment,the maximum camber value is only about 6 mm,the occurrence of camber during the rough rolling process is effectively reduced.
