超声滚压对AISI420不锈钢旋转弯曲疲劳性能的影响

摘  要:采用不同的工艺参数组合对AISI420不锈钢试样进行超声滚压处理,研究超声滚压工艺对其旋转弯曲疲劳性能的影响。使用激光共聚焦显微镜、扫描电镜和维氏硬度计等设备对超声滚压处理前后试样的表面完整性进行了表征,包括表面形貌、表面粗糙度、表层硬度和残余应力分布等。结果表明,随着超声滚压静压力的增加,表面粗糙度先大幅降低,后小幅上升,表面粗糙度Ra最低达到0.19μm;表层硬度随着静压力的增加而增加,硬度影响层的深度约200μm;超声滚压在表层引入梯度分布的残余压应力,表层最大残余压应力达到462 MPa。随着静压力的增加,残余压应力沿深度方向先增加后减小。超声滚压处理后,AISI420不锈钢试样的旋转弯曲疲劳寿命比未处理试样最大提高了约2.8倍。分析了表面完整性对疲劳寿命的影响,结果显示表层残余压应力是提高疲劳寿命的关键因素。The ultrasonic rolling treatment of AISI420 stainless steel specimens with different process parameter combinations was carried out to study the influence of ultrasonic rolling process on the rotary bending fatigue properties.The surface integrity of the specimens before and after ultrasonic rolling treatment was characterized by laser confocal microscope,scanning electron microscope and Vickers hardness tester,including surface morphology,surface roughness,surface hardness and residual stress distribution.The results show that with the increase of static pressure of ultrasonic rolling,the surface roughness decreases greatly at first,then increases slightly,and the surface roughness Ra reaches 0.19μm at the lowest.The surface hardness increases with the increase of static pressure,and the hardness affects the depth of the layer about 200μm.The residual compressive stress of gradient distribution was introduced into the surface layer by ultrasonic rolling,and the maximum residual compressive stress of the surface layer reaches 462 MPa.With the increase of static pressure,the residual compressive stress increases first and then decreases along the depth direction.After ultrasonic rolling treatment,the rotating bending fatigue life of AISI420 stainless steel specimen is increased by about 2.8 times as much as that of the untreated specimen.The influence of surface integrity on the fatigue life was analyzed,and the results show that the residual compressive stress of the surface layer is the key factor to improve the fatigue life.
