摘 要:基于Johnson-Cook本构模型,建立了电磁加载下Al/Al叠层结构干涉螺栓动态安装过程的有限元模型,提出了14 mm中厚板接头上Φ12 mm大直径螺栓安装的临界干涉量,并分别从应力分布、径向变形位移和截面节点温度3个方面分析了干涉量对孔壁的影响。结果表明,安装过程中安装力随干涉量的增加逐渐增大,当干涉量大于1.0%时,影响安装力曲线变化的主导因素由接触面积S变为轴向摩擦力f,导致孔壁由主要的弹性变形转变为塑性变形,且孔壁应力峰值的增长速率明显变缓,甚至出现出口端应力降低的现象。但是,无论干涉量大小,接头孔壁的进口端应力峰值均大于出口端,而且上、下铝板进口端均首先发生塑性变形。接头孔壁受力均匀,进口端径向变形位移方差最大值仅20.1μm2,说明电磁加载的动态安装方法对大直径螺栓干涉安装是适用且可靠的。此外,从温度分析结果发现,接头孔壁的应力峰值均出现在温度较高的进口端,且上、下铝板进口端的塑性变形最为严重。Based on the Johnson-Cook constitutive model,the finite element model for the dynamic installation process of interference bolt installation in Al/Al laminated structure under electromagnetic loading was established.The critical interference ofΦ12 mm large diameter bolt installation on the 14 mm medium-thickness plate joint was proposed,and the influence of interference on the hole wall was analyzed from three aspects:stress distribution,radial deformation displacement and node temperature on section.The results show that as the interference increases,the installation force gradually increases during installation process.When the interference is greater than 1.0%,the dominant factor affecting the variation of the installation force curve shifts from contact area S to axial friction force f,which leads to the hole wall transitions from primarily elastic deformation to plastic deformation,and the growth rate of the peak stress on the hole-wall significantly slows down,even leading to the decrease of stress at the outlet side.However,regardless of the interference,the peak stress at the inlet side of joint hole-wall is higher than that at the outlet side,additionally,plastic deformation first occurs at the inlet side of both the upper and lower aluminum plates.The forces distribution of the joint hole-wall is uniform,and the maximum value of the radial deformation displacement variance at the inlet side is only 20.1μm2,which indicates that the dynamic installation method under electromagnetic loading is applicable and reliable for the interference installation of large-diameter bolts.Moreover,the results of temperature analysis show that the peak stress of the joint hole-wall appears at the inlet side with higher temperature,and the plastic deformation at the inlet side of the upper and lower aluminum plates is the most serious.
