锥形孔的铆接干涉量均匀性研究

摘  要:针对干涉配合铆接镦头成形阶段铆接孔上端圆周部位受挤压后变形大、干涉量沿板材厚度分布不均匀影响连接接头力学性能的问题,提出了一种带有锥度铆接孔的新型铆接工艺,以改善干涉量分布的均匀性,提高其连接质量。基于等体积变形理论与有限元仿真技术,对锥孔与常规孔两种不同的干涉配合铆接工艺进行了仿真与试验对比,得到两种不同铆接工艺的孔径变形量。对比分析仿真与试验得到的力-位移曲线、镦头外观几何尺寸以及铆接孔干涉量的变化情况,结果表明:较常规铆接,锥形孔铆接后上板平均干涉量分别降低7.1%、10.7%和16.4%,下板平均干涉量分别提升3.6%、25%和25%。可以看出,改变铆接孔的锥度,有效改善了铆接干涉量均匀性。Aiming at the problems of large deformation of the upsetting head circumference of riveting hole after extrusion during the forming stage of interference fitting riveting,and the unevenness distribution of interference amount along the thickness of the plate,which affect the mechanical properties of the connecting joint,a novel riveting process with tapered riveting holes was proposed to improve the uniformity of interference amount distribution and enhance the connection quality.Based on the theory of equal volume deformation and finite element simulation technology,two different interference fitting riveting processes of conical hole and conventional hole were simulated and tested,and the aperture deformation of two different riveting holes was obtained.By comparing and analyzing the force-displacement curves obtained from the simulation and experiment,the appearance geometric dimensions of the upsetting head and the changes in the interference amount of the riveting hole,the results show that compared with conventional riveting,the average interference amount for riveted tapered hole of the upper plate is reduced by 7.1%,10.7%and 16.4%,respectively,and the average interference amount of the lower plate is increased by 3.6%,25%and 25%,respectively.It can be seen that changing the taper of the riveting hole effectively improves the uniformity of the riveting interference amount.
