摘 要:结合EBSD实验得到的取向与微观组织和有限元-晶体塑性结合宏微观模拟,探讨分析了轧制变形过程中孪生机制演变,分析了孪晶的启动对板材取向的改变作用以及Schmid因子随着板材轧制变化规律和相关变体的取向改变。通过对初始板材以及轧制前3道次板材的取向图、微观织构极图、Schmid因子分布图和晶粒取向差角分布图进行分析。在同步热轧前3道次,孪生在板材变形过程中对微观组织演化影响较大,孪晶启动使板材晶粒明显细化,晶粒取向发生择优变化。研究结果发现,随着轧制进行,基面Schmid因子值呈下降趋势,孪生启动比例亦降低。Combined with the orientation and microstructure and macro-micro simulations of the finite element-crystal plasticity obtained by EBSD experiments,the evolution of the twin mechanism in the process of rolling deformation was discussed and analyzed,the effect of twin initiation on the orientation of the sheet metal,the change law of Schmid factor with the plate rolling and the orientation of related variants were analyzed.The orientation image,microscopic texture pole figure,Schmitt factor distribution map and grain orientation difference angle distribution diagram of the initial sheet metal and the first three passes were analyzed.In the first three passes of synchronous hot rolling,the twin has a great influence on the microstructure evolution during the deformation process of the sheet metal,and the twin initiation makes the grain of the sheet metal obviously refined,and the grain orientation changes preferentially.The research results show that the Schmid factor value of the base surface shows a downward trend as the rolling progresses,and the twin inition ratio also decreases.
