自然时效耦合循环加载训练对7075铝合金力学性能的影响

摘  要:采用了自然时效耦合循环加载训练方式,研究其对挤压态7075铝合金拉伸力学性能及断口组织的影响规律。首先分别对试样进行4天、12天和30天的自然时效,然后对其进行两种不同方式的训练,最后进行准静态拉伸实验并观察其断口形貌。训练方式1参数如下:循环应力为恒应力170 MPa,加载频率10 Hz,时间12 h;训练方式2参数如下:循环应力从170 MPa增长到450 MPa,加载频率0.2 Hz,时间1 h。实验结果表明:进行方式1训练后,7075铝合金的抗拉强度均远低于固溶时效T6态,但伸长率均大于T6态。进行方式2训练后,7075铝合金的抗拉强度与固溶时效T6态相当,且伸长率均大于T6态。两种训练方式得到的7075铝合金的断口形貌有较大区别。The effects of natural aging coupled with cyclic loading training on the tensile mechanical properties and fracture structure of extruded 7075 aluminum alloy were investigated.Firstly,the specimens were naturally aged for 4 days,12 days and 30 days,respectively,and then trained in two different methods.Finally,the quasi-static tensile experiments were carried out and the fracture morphologies were observed.The parameters of training method 1 are as follows:the cyclic stress is 170 MPa,the loading frequency is 10 Hz,and the loading time is 12 h.The parameters of training method 2 are as follows:the cyclic stress increases from 170 MPa to 450 MPa,the loading frequency is 0.2 Hz,and the time is 1 h.The experimental results show that after training with method 1,the tensile strength of 7075 aluminum alloy is much lower than that of solution aging T6 state,but the elongation is greater than that of T6 state.After training with method 2,the tensile strength of 7075 aluminum alloy is similar to that of solution aging T6 state,and the elongation is greater than that of T6 state.The fracture morphologies of 7075 aluminum alloy obtained by two training methods are quite different.
