摘 要:针对永磁同步风力发电机运行过程中因固有参数摄动导致电感和磁链计算精度偏低的问题,提出一种计及多场双向耦合效应的永磁同步发电机(PMSG)电感与磁链摄动分析的方法。以一台2 MW永磁同步风力发电机为例,首先,根据电磁学和传热学理论,分析PMSG热源,建立电磁损耗模型,结合永磁同步风力发电机的螺旋水道结构,分析PMSG温升,建立温度-流体场模型,根据多物理场耦合机制建立PMSG电磁-温度-流体的多场双向耦合模型;其次,基于电磁-温度-流体场双向耦合模型,采用有限元交替迭代方法计算不同温度下PMSG的电感和磁链数值;最后,利用最小二乘法进行电感和磁链的数据拟合,得到风电工程背景下额定工况中PMSG电感和磁链的表达函数。与冻结磁导率法、有限元法进行对比分析,该方法获得的永磁同步风力发电机电感和磁链的摄动特性与表征方法有效且精确。Aiming to improve the accuracy of inductance and flux linkage calculation caused by inherent parameters perturbations during the operation of permanent magnet synchronous wind turbines,a method for analyzing inductance and flux linkage perturbations characteristics of permanent magnet synchronous generator(PMSG)is proposed,which takes into account of the multi field bidirectional coupling effect.A 2 MW permanent magnet synchronous wind turbines is given as an example.Firstly,based on electromagnetic and heat transfer theories,the PMSG heat source is analyzed,and an electromagnetic losses model is established.Combined with the spiral waterway structure of the permanent magnet synchronous wind turbines,the temperature rise in PMSG is analyzed,and a temperature-fluid physical field model is established.Based on the multi-physical field coupling mechanism,a multifield bidirectional coupling model of PMSG electromagnetic-temperature-fluid field is established;Secondly,based on the bidirectional coupling model of electromagnetic field-temperature field-fluid field,the finite element alternating iteration method is used to calculate the inductance and flux linkage values of PMSG at different temperatures;Finally,using the least squares method for data fitting of inductance and flux linkage,the expression of PMSG inductance and flux linkage functions under rated operating conditions in the wind power engineering field are obtained.Compared with the frozen permeability method and finite element method,the perturbation characteristics of permanent magnet synchronous wind turbines obtained by this method are more effective and accurate.
