中共党史研究中的“个人”和“群体”

摘　　要：中共党史研究,要以人作为叙事的中心,应当在它的起点、过程和结果中体现对人的关怀。党史研究关注的“人”,首先应是有生命的具体的个人。这就要处理好诸如“过去的人”和“现在的人”,“正面的人”和“反面的人”,“杰出的人”和“平凡的人”等认识上的一些复杂问题。党史研究还应关注群体的“人”。因为个别历史人物的“动机”,并不仅仅体现他个人的思想,而是代表参与运动的群众之“普遍动机”。这表明在党史研究中要突出群体的重要性。The studies of CPC history must adopt a human-centered narrative paradigm that embodies humanistic concerns across its origin,process and outcome.The primary focus of Party history studies should be directed toward living and concrete individuals.This requires dealing with complex issues such as people of the past and present,positive and negative characters,outstanding and ordinary figures,etc.Moreover,the studies of CPC history must also emphasize the study of the collective.The willingness of individuals often transcend personal thoughts to manifest the general motivation of mass movements.This reflects the importance of highlighting the collective in studies of Party history.
